Глава 7

1 Поселившись в своем дворце и получив дарованную ГОСПОДОМ возможность жить мирно и не воевать с окружавшими его врагами,

2 царь Давид сказал пророку Натану: «Видишь, я живу во дворце, обшитом кедром, а ковчег Божий остается под полотняным шатром».

3 И ответил Натан царю: «Так сделай то, что легло тебе на сердце, ибо ГОСПОДЬ пребывает с тобою!»

4 Но той же ночью было Натану слово ГОСПОДНЕ:

5 «Ступай, передай слуге Моему Давиду, что говорит ГОСПОДЬ! Тебе ли строить Мне дом для обитания Моего?

6 Не обитал Я в домах с того дня, как вывел Я израильтян из Египта, и до сего дня, но странствовал с места на место в Шатре Откровения, в Скинии.

7 Сколько бы Я ни странствовал вместе со всеми израильтянами, никогда не говорил Я ни одному из колен Израиля, ни одному из его пастырей: „Почему вы не построите мне дворец из кедра?“

8 И теперь передай слуге Моему Давиду, что говорит ГОСПОДЬ Воинств. Я взял тебя с пастбища, где ты прежде ходил за овцами, чтобы ты стал правителем народа Моего, Израиля.

9 Я пребывал с тобой во всех твоих странствиях, Я истреблял у тебя на виду всех твоих врагов; и Я прославлю имя твое, уподобив его именам великих мира сего.

10 Я обустрою место для народа Моего, Израиля, подобно саду насажу его, и будет он жить там, и никто не побеспокоит его. Не будут более злодеи губить его, как бывало прежде,

11 еще с тех времен, как ставил Я судей над народом Моим, Израилем. Я дам тебе покой от всех твоих врагов. ГОСПОДЬ возвещает тебе ныне, что произведет от тебя великий род!

12 Когда исполнятся дни твои и настанет время отойти к праотцам, Я возведу на твой престол потомка, рожденного от тебя, и упрочу царство его.

13 Он и построит Мне Храм, а Я утвержу престол его царства навсегда.

14 Я стану ему Отцом, а он будет Мне сыном! Если он согрешит, то накажу его жезлом человеческим, ударами от сыновей Адамовых,

15 и любви Моей неизменной не отниму у него, как Я отнял ее от Саула, которого отверг до тебя.

16 Непоколебимы вечно дом твой и царство твое предо Мной, престол твой утвердится навеки!»

17 Все эти слова и видение Натан пересказал Давиду.

18 Тогда царь Давид пошел и, представ перед ГОСПОДОМ, сказал: «Кто я пред Тобой, Владыка ГОСПОДИ, и что пред Тобой род мой, что Ты даровал мне всё это?

19 Но даже и это показалось Тебе недостаточным, Владыка ГОСПОДИ, что Ты дал еще обетование мне о будущем потомства моего? Неужели, Владыка ГОСПОДИ, Ты так обращаешься с тем, кто всего лишь человек?

20 Может ли что добавить слуга Твой Давид? Ты ведь знаешь слугу Своего, Владыка ГОСПОДИ!

21 Как изрек Ты, как на сердце Тебе легло, так и поступил Ты, возвеличив слугу Своего и поведав ему всё это.

22 Воистину велик Ты, Владыка ГОСПОДИ, ибо нет равного Тебе, и нет иного бога, кроме Тебя, как мы и слышали это своими ушами.

23 Какой народ сравнится с народом Твоим, Израилем, — единственным племенем на земле, которое Бог пришел искупить и соделать Своим народом, чтобы прославить тем Свое имя? Ты совершал ради земли Своей великие чудеса, внушавшие трепет, изгоняя перед народом Твоим другие народы с идолами их, когда Ты выводил Свой народ из Египта.

24 Ты твердо избрал Израиль, соделав его народом Своим навеки, и Ты, ГОСПОДИ, стал Богом его.

25 А теперь, ГОСПОДИ Боже, — утверди навеки слово, что Ты изрек о слуге Своем и о роде его, и то, что Ты заповедал, исполни!

26 Возвеличится имя Твое навеки, и будут говорить: „ГОСПОДЬ Воинств — Бог над Израилем!“ И род слуги Твоего Давида да стоит перед Тобою твердо.

27 Ведь Ты, ГОСПОДЬ Воинств, Бог Израилев, открыл слуге Своему, что Ты Сам произведешь от него великий род, и потому слуга Твой осмелился молиться Тебе об этом.

28 Воистину, Владыка ГОСПОДИ, Ты есть Бог, слова Твои непреложны! Доброе ты поведал слуге Своему.

29 И ныне яви благоволение Твое и благослови род слуги Своего, да будет он вовеки пред Тобой. Ведь Ты, Владыка ГОСПОДИ, изрек это, и если Ты благословишь — вовеки благословен будет дом слуги Твоего!»

Chapter 7

1 And it came1961 to pass, when3588 the king4428 sat3427 in his house,1004 and the LORD3068 had given him rest5117 round5439 about from all3605 his enemies;341

2 That the king4428 said559 to Nathan5416 the prophet,5030 See7200 now,4994 I dwell3427 in an house1004 of cedar,730 but the ark727 of God430 dwells3427 within8432 curtains.3407

3 And Nathan5416 said559 to the king,4428 Go,3212 do6213 all3605 that is in your heart;3824 for the LORD3068 is with you.

4 And it came1961 to pass that night,3915 that the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 to Nathan,5416 saying,559

5 Go3212 and tell559 my servant5650 David,1732 Thus3541 said559 the LORD,3068 Shall you build1129 me an house1004 for me to dwell3427 in?

6 Whereas3588 I have not dwelled3427 in any house1004 since the time3117 that I brought5927 up the children1121 of Israel3478 out of Egypt,4714 even to this2088 day,3117 but have walked1980 in a tent168 and in a tabernacle.4908

7 In all3605 the places wherein834 I have walked1980 with all3605 the children1121 of Israel3478 spoke1696 I a word1697 with any259 of the tribes7626 of Israel,3478 whom834 I commanded6680 to feed7462 my people5971 Israel,3478 saying,559 Why4100 build1129 you not me an house1004 of cedar?730

8 Now6258 therefore so shall you say559 to my servant5650 David,1732 Thus3541 said559 the LORD3068 of hosts,6635 I took3947 you from the sheepcote,5116 from following310 the sheep,6629 to be ruler5057 over5921 my people,5971 over5921 Israel:3478

9 And I was with you wherever3605 834 you went,1980 and have cut3772 off all3605 your enemies341 out of your sight,6440 and have made6213 you a great1419 name,8034 like to the name8034 of the great1419 men that are in the earth.776

10 Moreover I will appoint7760 a place4725 for my people5971 Israel,3478 and will plant5193 them, that they may dwell7931 in a place8478 of their own, and move7264 no3808 more;5750 neither3808 shall the children1121 of wickedness5766 afflict6031 them any more,3254 as beforetime,7223

11 And as since4480 the time3117 that I commanded6680 judges8199 to be over5921 my people5971 Israel,3478 and have caused you to rest5117 from all3605 your enemies.341 Also the LORD3068 tells5046 you that he will make6213 you an house.1004

12 And when3588 your days3117 be fulfilled,4390 and you shall sleep7901 with your fathers,1 I will set6965 up your seed2233 after310 you, which834 shall proceed3318 out of your bowels,4578 and I will establish3559 his kingdom.4467

13 He shall build1129 an house1004 for my name,8034 and I will establish3559 the throne3678 of his kingdom4467 for ever.5769

14 I will be his father,1 and he shall be my son.1121 If834 he commit5753 iniquity,5753 I will chasten3198 him with the rod7626 of men,582 and with the stripes5061 of the children1121 of men:120

15 But my mercy2617 shall not depart5493 away from him, as I took5493 it from Saul,7586 whom834 I put5493 away5493 before6440 you.

16 And your house1004 and your kingdom4467 shall be established539 for ever5769 before6440 you: your throne3678 shall be established3559 for ever.5769

17 According to all3605 these428 words,1697 and according to all3605 this2088 vision,2384 so3651 did Nathan5416 speak1696 to David.1732

18 Then went935 king4428 David1732 in, and sat3427 before6440 the LORD,3068 and he said,559 Who4310 am I, O Lord136 GOD?3069 and what4310 is my house,1004 that you have brought935 me till now?1988

19 And this2063 was yet5750 a small6994 thing in your sight,5869 O Lord136 GOD;3069 but you have spoken1696 also1571 of your servant's5650 house1004 for a great7350 while7350 to come. And is this2063 the manner8452 of man,120 O Lord136 GOD?3069

20 And what4100 can David1732 say1696 more5750 to you? for you, Lord136 GOD,3069 know3045 your servant.5650

21 For your word's1697 sake,5668 and according to your own heart,3820 have you done6213 all3605 these2063 great1420 things, to make your servant5650 know3045 them.

22 Why5921 3651 you are great,1431 O LORD3068 God:430 for there is none369 like3644 you, neither369 is there any God430 beside2108 you, according to all3605 that we have heard8085 with our ears.241

23 And what4310 one259 nation1471 in the earth776 is like your people,5971 even like Israel,3478 whom834 God430 went1980 to redeem6299 for a people5971 to himself, and to make7760 him a name,8034 and to do6213 for you great1420 things and terrible,3372 for your land,776 before6440 your people,5971 which834 you redeemed6299 to you from Egypt,4714 from the nations1471 and their gods?430

24 For you have confirmed3559 to yourself your people5971 Israel3478 to be a people5971 to you for ever:5769 and you, LORD,3068 are become1961 their God.430

25 And now,6258 O LORD3068 God,430 the word1697 that you have spoken1696 concerning5921 your servant,5650 and concerning5921 his house,1004 establish6965 it for ever,5769 and do6213 as you have said.559

26 And let your name8034 be magnified1431 for ever,5769 saying,559 The LORD3068 of hosts6635 is the God430 over5921 Israel:3478 and let the house1004 of your servant5650 David1732 be established3559 before6440 you.

27 For you, O LORD3068 of hosts,6635 God430 of Israel,3478 have revealed1540 to your servant,5650 saying,559 I will build1129 you an house:1004 therefore has your servant5650 found4672 in his heart3820 to pray6419 this2063 prayer8605 to you.

28 And now,6258 O Lord136 GOD,3069 you are that God,430 and your words1697 be true,571 and you have promised1696 this2088 goodness2896 to your servant:5650

29 Therefore now6258 let it please2974 you to bless1288 the house1004 of your servant,5650 that it may continue1961 for ever5769 before6440 you: for you, O Lord136 GOD,3069 have spoken1696 it: and with your blessing1293 let the house1004 of your servant5650 be blessed1288 for ever.5769

2 царь Давид сказал пророку Натану: «Видишь, я живу во дворце, обшитом кедром, а ковчег Божий остается под полотняным шатром».

2 That the king4428 said559 to Nathan5416 the prophet,5030 See7200 now,4994 I dwell3427 in an house1004 of cedar,730 but the ark727 of God430 dwells3427 within8432 curtains.3407

3 И ответил Натан царю: «Так сделай то, что легло тебе на сердце, ибо ГОСПОДЬ пребывает с тобою!»

3 And Nathan5416 said559 to the king,4428 Go,3212 do6213 all3605 that is in your heart;3824 for the LORD3068 is with you.

4 Но той же ночью было Натану слово ГОСПОДНЕ:

4 And it came1961 to pass that night,3915 that the word1697 of the LORD3068 came1961 to Nathan,5416 saying,559

5 «Ступай, передай слуге Моему Давиду, что говорит ГОСПОДЬ! Тебе ли строить Мне дом для обитания Моего?

5 Go3212 and tell559 my servant5650 David,1732 Thus3541 said559 the LORD,3068 Shall you build1129 me an house1004 for me to dwell3427 in?

6 Не обитал Я в домах с того дня, как вывел Я израильтян из Египта, и до сего дня, но странствовал с места на место в Шатре Откровения, в Скинии.

6 Whereas3588 I have not dwelled3427 in any house1004 since the time3117 that I brought5927 up the children1121 of Israel3478 out of Egypt,4714 even to this2088 day,3117 but have walked1980 in a tent168 and in a tabernacle.4908

9 Я пребывал с тобой во всех твоих странствиях, Я истреблял у тебя на виду всех твоих врагов; и Я прославлю имя твое, уподобив его именам великих мира сего.

9 And I was with you wherever3605 834 you went,1980 and have cut3772 off all3605 your enemies341 out of your sight,6440 and have made6213 you a great1419 name,8034 like to the name8034 of the great1419 men that are in the earth.776

10 Я обустрою место для народа Моего, Израиля, подобно саду насажу его, и будет он жить там, и никто не побеспокоит его. Не будут более злодеи губить его, как бывало прежде,

10 Moreover I will appoint7760 a place4725 for my people5971 Israel,3478 and will plant5193 them, that they may dwell7931 in a place8478 of their own, and move7264 no3808 more;5750 neither3808 shall the children1121 of wickedness5766 afflict6031 them any more,3254 as beforetime,7223

11 еще с тех времен, как ставил Я судей над народом Моим, Израилем. Я дам тебе покой от всех твоих врагов. ГОСПОДЬ возвещает тебе ныне, что произведет от тебя великий род!

11 And as since4480 the time3117 that I commanded6680 judges8199 to be over5921 my people5971 Israel,3478 and have caused you to rest5117 from all3605 your enemies.341 Also the LORD3068 tells5046 you that he will make6213 you an house.1004

12 Когда исполнятся дни твои и настанет время отойти к праотцам, Я возведу на твой престол потомка, рожденного от тебя, и упрочу царство его.

12 And when3588 your days3117 be fulfilled,4390 and you shall sleep7901 with your fathers,1 I will set6965 up your seed2233 after310 you, which834 shall proceed3318 out of your bowels,4578 and I will establish3559 his kingdom.4467

13 Он и построит Мне Храм, а Я утвержу престол его царства навсегда.

13 He shall build1129 an house1004 for my name,8034 and I will establish3559 the throne3678 of his kingdom4467 for ever.5769

14 Я стану ему Отцом, а он будет Мне сыном! Если он согрешит, то накажу его жезлом человеческим, ударами от сыновей Адамовых,

14 I will be his father,1 and he shall be my son.1121 If834 he commit5753 iniquity,5753 I will chasten3198 him with the rod7626 of men,582 and with the stripes5061 of the children1121 of men:120

15 и любви Моей неизменной не отниму у него, как Я отнял ее от Саула, которого отверг до тебя.

15 But my mercy2617 shall not depart5493 away from him, as I took5493 it from Saul,7586 whom834 I put5493 away5493 before6440 you.

16 Непоколебимы вечно дом твой и царство твое предо Мной, престол твой утвердится навеки!»

16 And your house1004 and your kingdom4467 shall be established539 for ever5769 before6440 you: your throne3678 shall be established3559 for ever.5769

17 Все эти слова и видение Натан пересказал Давиду.

17 According to all3605 these428 words,1697 and according to all3605 this2088 vision,2384 so3651 did Nathan5416 speak1696 to David.1732

18 Тогда царь Давид пошел и, представ перед ГОСПОДОМ, сказал: «Кто я пред Тобой, Владыка ГОСПОДИ, и что пред Тобой род мой, что Ты даровал мне всё это?

18 Then went935 king4428 David1732 in, and sat3427 before6440 the LORD,3068 and he said,559 Who4310 am I, O Lord136 GOD?3069 and what4310 is my house,1004 that you have brought935 me till now?1988

19 Но даже и это показалось Тебе недостаточным, Владыка ГОСПОДИ, что Ты дал еще обетование мне о будущем потомства моего? Неужели, Владыка ГОСПОДИ, Ты так обращаешься с тем, кто всего лишь человек?

19 And this2063 was yet5750 a small6994 thing in your sight,5869 O Lord136 GOD;3069 but you have spoken1696 also1571 of your servant's5650 house1004 for a great7350 while7350 to come. And is this2063 the manner8452 of man,120 O Lord136 GOD?3069

20 Может ли что добавить слуга Твой Давид? Ты ведь знаешь слугу Своего, Владыка ГОСПОДИ!

20 And what4100 can David1732 say1696 more5750 to you? for you, Lord136 GOD,3069 know3045 your servant.5650

21 Как изрек Ты, как на сердце Тебе легло, так и поступил Ты, возвеличив слугу Своего и поведав ему всё это.

21 For your word's1697 sake,5668 and according to your own heart,3820 have you done6213 all3605 these2063 great1420 things, to make your servant5650 know3045 them.

22 Воистину велик Ты, Владыка ГОСПОДИ, ибо нет равного Тебе, и нет иного бога, кроме Тебя, как мы и слышали это своими ушами.

22 Why5921 3651 you are great,1431 O LORD3068 God:430 for there is none369 like3644 you, neither369 is there any God430 beside2108 you, according to all3605 that we have heard8085 with our ears.241

23 Какой народ сравнится с народом Твоим, Израилем, — единственным племенем на земле, которое Бог пришел искупить и соделать Своим народом, чтобы прославить тем Свое имя? Ты совершал ради земли Своей великие чудеса, внушавшие трепет, изгоняя перед народом Твоим другие народы с идолами их, когда Ты выводил Свой народ из Египта.

23 And what4310 one259 nation1471 in the earth776 is like your people,5971 even like Israel,3478 whom834 God430 went1980 to redeem6299 for a people5971 to himself, and to make7760 him a name,8034 and to do6213 for you great1420 things and terrible,3372 for your land,776 before6440 your people,5971 which834 you redeemed6299 to you from Egypt,4714 from the nations1471 and their gods?430

24 Ты твердо избрал Израиль, соделав его народом Своим навеки, и Ты, ГОСПОДИ, стал Богом его.

24 For you have confirmed3559 to yourself your people5971 Israel3478 to be a people5971 to you for ever:5769 and you, LORD,3068 are become1961 their God.430

25 А теперь, ГОСПОДИ Боже, — утверди навеки слово, что Ты изрек о слуге Своем и о роде его, и то, что Ты заповедал, исполни!

25 And now,6258 O LORD3068 God,430 the word1697 that you have spoken1696 concerning5921 your servant,5650 and concerning5921 his house,1004 establish6965 it for ever,5769 and do6213 as you have said.559

26 Возвеличится имя Твое навеки, и будут говорить: „ГОСПОДЬ Воинств — Бог над Израилем!“ И род слуги Твоего Давида да стоит перед Тобою твердо.

26 And let your name8034 be magnified1431 for ever,5769 saying,559 The LORD3068 of hosts6635 is the God430 over5921 Israel:3478 and let the house1004 of your servant5650 David1732 be established3559 before6440 you.

27 Ведь Ты, ГОСПОДЬ Воинств, Бог Израилев, открыл слуге Своему, что Ты Сам произведешь от него великий род, и потому слуга Твой осмелился молиться Тебе об этом.

27 For you, O LORD3068 of hosts,6635 God430 of Israel,3478 have revealed1540 to your servant,5650 saying,559 I will build1129 you an house:1004 therefore has your servant5650 found4672 in his heart3820 to pray6419 this2063 prayer8605 to you.

28 Воистину, Владыка ГОСПОДИ, Ты есть Бог, слова Твои непреложны! Доброе ты поведал слуге Своему.

28 And now,6258 O Lord136 GOD,3069 you are that God,430 and your words1697 be true,571 and you have promised1696 this2088 goodness2896 to your servant:5650
